Dear Parents and Carers,
From Monday 23rd February, we will start using the Arbor Parent App. Arbor is a system that helps us stay in touch with you. It is a safe place where we keep all the important information about your child. This will be the main way we will communicate with you about your child.
What is the Arbor App?
You can use the app on your phone to see information about your child, such as their attendance, RESPECT Points, behaviour incidents and medical information.
How to get the app
It is easy to set up. Please follow these steps:
- Open the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone.
- Search for “Arbor Parent App”.
- Download and open the app.
- Enter your email address (the one you gave to the school) and follow the steps on the screen.
Need some help?
We know that new apps can be tricky. If you need help downloading it or logging in, please come to our drop-in sessions.
Mr Trower will be in the School Library to help you on:
- Tuesday 24th February at 8:45 am, or
- Wednesday 25th February at 8:45 am.
