Science Fairs 2026

A Super Science Friday!

On Friday 13th March, our school turned into a giant laboratory! To celebrate the end of British Science Week, we held our first-ever Science Fair.

The hall was buzzing with excitement as children from every class showed off their amazing work. Parents, carers and staff came along to see what our scientists had discovered.

What did the children do?

To get ready for the big day, every student worked hard to follow the steps of a real scientist. They had to:

  • Ask a question: think of something safe and interesting to test.
  • Make a plan: figure out how to do a fair test so the results were honest.
  • Collect data: do the experiment and write down what happened.
  • Explain the results: tell everyone what they learnt from their hard work.
The Big Judging

Our guest judges, Mr. Trower and Miss Charles, walked around to look at the colourful display boards. They listened to the children give presentations and were blown away by how much everyone knew. It wasn't easy to pick winners because every project was so brilliant!

I am so proud of every single child! Seeing their big smiles and hearing them talk about their experiments was the highlight of my week. They didn't just learn science; they became scientists!

We want to say a huge thank you to all the children. You worked so hard, stayed curious and made our first Science Fair a day to remember. You are all superstars!
