Halloween Safety Top Tips
We want everyone in Team Woodlands who celebrates to have a great Halloween. Let's talk about four easy rules to stay safe while trick-or-treating!

1. BUDDY UP! 🤝
Never go out alone. Always walk with a grown-up or an older brother/sister who is over the age of 18. Stick together and look out for your friends!
2. SHINE BRIGHT! 🔦
The night is dark! Wear clothes that are bright or have reflective tape. Always carry a torch so that cars can see you easily.
3. ONLY KNOCK! 🏡
Never, ever go inside a home when trick or treating, even if they ask you to. Stay outside!
Also, remember that not everyone celebrates, so if you knock and someone doesn't answer, move on to another house.
4. PARENT OR GUARDIAN CHECK! 🍫
When you get home, put all your treats on the table. Have a parent or grown-up look at all your treats before you eat any.
