It has been a great first week back! It was lovely to see all the children after the break. We are now halfway through the school year. Time is flying by! Thank you for all your hard work in helping your children learn and grow.

• Need a costume? You can borrow a costume from school on Tuesday 3rd March. Just pop to the hall at the start or the end of the day and see Miss Price!

AITechTouch visit 3S and 6A 🤖

On Tuesday, 3S and 6A spent time with AITechTouch, a Leeds-based teach start-up company. AITechTouch are a Leeds-based Education start-up company who asked our children to try their new platform and give feedback on what they liked, and what they can do to make it better. They also asked the team lots of questions about their job and the skills they need to be successful.

Our Skills Builder Skills for this half-term are: Leadership and Problem Solving

🧩 The "Kitchen Rubbish" Invention

Skill: Problem Solving

The Goal: Find a small problem at home and "fix" it using items from your recycling bin (like cardboard, plastic bottles, or lids).

• The Problem: Maybe a door slams too loud, a phone needs a stand, or your pens are always messy.

• The Task: Work together to build a solution.

• Talk about it: Ask, "Why did we choose this shape?" or "What else could we try if this breaks?"
