Dear Parents and Carers,

Welcome back! We hope you all had a wonderful, relaxing half-term break and managed to enjoy some sunshine.

As we head into the final half-term of the academic year, we have an incredibly busy and exciting few weeks ahead. To make sure your child doesn't miss out on any of the learning, sports days, transitions, and end-of-year celebrations, it is more important than ever that they are in school every single day.

Be an Attendance HERO! 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️

We are making a big push to ensure all our pupils are Attendance HEROes:

  • Here
  • Every day
  • Ready
  • On time

Every day of school missed is a missed opportunity to learn and grow with friends. Thank you for your continued support in helping your child arrive punctually and ready to learn.

Uniform Reminders & Support

A quick reminder to ensure your child is coming to school in the correct uniform each day. Looking smart helps us maintain our high standards and keeps everyone focused on their learning.

We know that children have a habit of growing rapidly, especially towards the end of the year! If you need any support with uniform, please remember that we run a School Uniform Exchange. We have a great selection of gently used items available for anyone who needs them. Please just ask at the main office, we are more than happy to help.

You can find out more about our uniform here.

We Are Here to Help

If you have any worries, questions, or concerns about your child’s progress, well-being, or anything else as we wrap up the school year, please don't hesitate to speak to a member of our team. You can catch us at the gates, call the office, or arrange a time to sit down for a chat.

Let’s work together to make this final half-term the best one yet!

This week, our children had a fantastic time today participating in interactive online safety workshops with Anna from ScreenSafe, showing incredible engagement throughout the sessions. 📱💻

In today’s digital world, equipping children with the tools to navigate the internet securely is absolutely vital for their well-being and confidence. We are so proud of how actively they learnt about staying smart, kind and protected online! 👏

Parents and carers can join Anna next week for a coffee and a chat about online safety!

This week, Year 1 went out into the wildlife area on a mission to find some creatures, but they stumbled across something truly strange and fascinating!

The discovery sparked so many wonderful questions as our mini-scientists tried to figure out exactly what it could be. They absolutely cannot wait to head back to the classroom and investigate more about where this mysterious new creature is from! 🕵️‍♂️🌿🔍
