What an amazing year we have had at Woodlands!

Together, we have learnt, smiled and grown. We want to say a massive thank you to our wonderful children, our supportive families, our hard-working staff and our fantastic local community. We are so proud of Team Woodlands!

🌟 Look at what we did together!

We have made so many happy memories this year. Here are some of our favourite stories - there are too many to choose from!

• Our First Mini Marathon: Our children showed amazing determination and ran with big smiles!
• Culture Day: We celebrated our wonderful, diverse school by learning about different cultures. We even wore carnival outfits and danced together!
• World Book Day: We loved seeing everyone dressed up as book characters. Sharing books together at our very first Reading Café was so special.
• Year 6 Adventure: Our oldest children had a fantastic time on their residential trip to Tawd Vale. Not even the rain could stop their fun!
• Running for a Good Cause: Miss Charles ran the London Marathon and raised over £600 for our school food shop, the Pan-Tree!

📅 Summer Dates and Coming Back to School

Please read this part carefully so you know when to bring your child back to school.

When do we finish for summer?

• Friday 17th July at 3:25pm

When do we come back?

• Year 1 to Year 6: School starts again on Thursday 3rd September at 8:40am.

• Nursery and Reception: Children will have staggered starts (different starting times and days to help them settle in).

  • If you are not sure when your child will start, please give the school office a call and we will help you.
